We Reserve the Right to move you to a comparable unit should there be issues with the unit in your reservation.
The occupancy limit of your Condo was stated prior to the reservation and INCLUDES children. Please do not exceed the occupancy limit. If your occupancy has changed, notify us in advance so we can try to move you. Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: If you are over the Maximum number you will be charged an additional $75 per guest per night.
Being on a hillside affords amazing views but there are MANY stairs to climb to the units (view our gallery for images).
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. Please contact the Onsite Managers should you require anything while on site.
LOCATION & PARKING:
Crystal Chalets is located above the Village Inn, on the same level as Upper C Lot. Drive up Crystal Mountain Boulevard. Turn left after the Village Inn (on left). Wrap around to the left, drive behind and past the Village Inn, and the Crystal Chalets Parking Lot is on the left, at the bottom of our main stairs. Up the stairs, Norse Peak is the building to the left, Crown Point is straight ahead, and Black Tusk is to the right.
Address is 33613 Crystal Mtn Blvd Enumclaw, WA 98022 (there is NO road access directly to the buildings for luggage drop off, they must be carried up the stairs).
Crystal Mountain has implemented new parking restrictions on the mountain. If you purchased a season's pass, parking is included but you MUST provide them with your vehicle License Plate info. If you are not a pass holder you WILL be charged by the mountain for parking.
We guarantee our guests one parking spot in our lot and your parking pass will be in your condo upon arrival. Please place the parking pass on the rearview mirror of your car. There may be a fee for an additional parking pass. Please note the Mountain charges for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holiday stays and you will be billed directly by them (you can pay via kiosk or QR code). Crystal Mountain MUST have your license plate number on file.
We are a 100% Non Smoking Facility. There is No Smoking in ANY of the condos, on balconies, walkways, decks, in the parking lot or Anywhere on the property (this includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping and marijuana). There is also no burning of candles or incense (out of concern for fires and safety).
If ANY evidence is smelled or found you WILL be charged the $200.00 Smoking Fee.
REMINDER: Our Condos are located on US Forest Service Property and are therefore subject to Federal laws which prohibit marijuana usage. These laws can entail up to a $1000 fine and jail time. If we discover it on our property you will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY - no questions asked and there will be NO REFUNDS.
If we discover ashes or smell smoke in the unit (or visibly on the deck area) we will charge the smoking fee.
We collect the entire booking fee when making your reservation.
If you cancel 11+ days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 5% processing fee of Total Reservation Price.
If you cancel within 10 days of arrival, you will forfeit 50% of the nightly rate (Ex. 2 nights at $199.00 plus Damage Deposit of $500 and Cleaning Fee of $55.00 plus taxes - You will forfeit $199.00 and the remaining will be refunded).
Crystal Chalets is not responsible for the weather, power outages or the condition of the snow during your stay. We will do everything we can to insure your safety and comfort during your stay, but do not provide refunds.

We have a strict No animal policy for guests (in the condo or on the property) there is a $100.00 fee if violated.
Service animals trained to guide or service a person with a disability are allowed. This does not include comfort, therapy or emotional support animals. If a disabled person wants to bring a service dog, the Manager must be informed in advance of exactly what the animal is trained to do. The tasks performed must be directly related to the person’s disability.
Renters with animals that create problems will be asked to leave. This includes "service animals".

There is a $75 surcharge for each of the following:
Early check-in BEFORE 4:00 PM
Late check-in AFTER 8:00 PM if you require onsite assistance
Late check-in AFTER 10:00 PM as a courtesy to our sleeping guests
Late check-out AFTER 11:00 AM

Terms & Conditions for Refundable Damage Deposit
Please read our Terms & Conditions Page these are placed in each unit and must be followed for the full return of the $500 Refundable Damage Deposit pre-authoriztion.
We collect 100% of the reservation charges including rental, fees, taxes prior to your arrival. A $55.00 cleaning fee is added to all reservations. A $500.00 refundable damage deposit pre-authorization will appear a week before your arrival, if this does not clear you will be asked for a valid credit card to pre-authorize.
We reserve the right to charge an additional $25 per hour for any cleaning necessary above what is considered "normal" (aside from Linens and Towels the room should be left as you found it) which will be taken from the damage deposit pre-authorization. Please read the Crystal Chalets Terms & Conditions to avoid any extra fees. After departure, once your room has been inspected, cleaned and no damage found or further cleaning or smoking has been verified, your Damage Deposit pre-authorization will be voided approximately 2-4 days after departure.
If extra cleaning fees are due or any damage is found after your use, it will be charged from the Damage Deposit pre-authorization.
CABLE & WIFI:
We share DSL Lines - Please be aware of not Streaming at peak times. We offer 48 HBO channels.
If someone needs to use Video Conferencing for work or school, it is a form of 'streaming' and should be done during the day at non-peak times (when others are out skiing).
Peak times are in the evenings - especially on Weekend and Holidays.
Peak times can also be the mornings before people ski, and the late afternoons after skiing.
Please be respectful of others when using bandwidth-intensive internet services.
There are No laundry facilities on the premises or on the mountain.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services, but contact the Onsite Managers should you require anything while on site, their information is in your welcome email and on the Terms & Conditions in your unit.
Gas grills on-site are for your use.
There is an on-site wax room, please DO NOT wax skis in the condo.
Our Condos have lockboxes where the unit key is kept. Please leave the key in the lockbox at ALL times. There is a $25.00 fee for a lost key.
A small number of units offer Guest use of such an extra bed. If your unit lists a Futon Sofa Bed (FSB) or Queen Couch Bed in Living Room for guest use, please let us know in advance if you plan to use the listed extra bed (explicitly listed in your reservation). That helps us to provide Linens for your stay. If your Reservation does not list one, you do not have Guest use of one in your unit.
LINEN EXCHANGE FEE:
Full Linen Exchange: There will be a $25.00 Full Linen Exchange fee charged per request this includes a full linen exchange of all sheets, pillow cases and towels.
Towel Exchange: There will be a $5.00 Towel Exchange fee charged per towel request. Please note that this also includes additional towels.
