RATES AND FEES

All Condos require a two night minimum, no exceptions.

Holiday Lodging Rates include:  Christmas (Dec 17 to 25), Martin Luther King Weekend (Jan 14 to 17), Presidents Holiday (Feb 16 to 26) and New Years (December 26 - January 3)

Early/Late Weekend: Opening date to Dec 15 and March 20 to Closing

Peak Weekend: Dec 16 to March 19

Holiday Lodging Rates include:  Fourth of July Holiday (July 1st- 4th) and Labor Day (September 1st - 4th) Off Peak = After September 5th

PEAK and HOLIDAY = July 1st through September 4th

Snowy Night

We reserve the right to switch guests to a comparable condo if necessary.

Crystal Chalets follows Crystal Mountain's schedule which has 2 operating seasons: Winter and Summer.

Please Note Our Additional Fees:

  • A $500.00 Damage Deposit "pre-authorization" is added to all reservations approximately 1 week before check in to the credit card on file, if this does not clear you will be asked for a valid credit card to put on file.

  • A $55.00 cleaning fee will be added to ALL reservations.

  • A $25.00 Additional Cleaning fee will be added if you do not throw out ALL your trash or do your dishes as listed on Terms and Conditions sheet left in your unit.

  • A $75.00 Early or Late Check In Fee (see FAQ page for details)

  • A $75.00 Late Check Out Fee (see FAQ page for details)

  • A $100 Non Allowed Pet Fee (see FAQ page for details)

  • A $200 Smoking Fee - this includes vaping, cigarettes and Marijuana (we are on Federal Land and this is a Federal Offense you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund)

  • Full Linen Exchange - There will be a $25.00 Full Linen Exchange fee charged per request this includes a full linen exchange of all sheets, pillow cases and towels.

  • Towel Exchange: There will be a $5.00 Towel Exchange fee charged per towel request. Please note that this also includes additional towels. 

  • Cancellation Policy - see details below

  • PLUS all applicable local taxes

Damage Deposit:

A $500.00 Damage Deposit "pre-authorization" is collected on ALL reservations at Crystal Chalets approximately 1 week before the day of check in to the credit card on file.  If this does not clear you will be asked for a valid credit card to put on file.  

 

Once your room has been inspected and cleaned after departure and no damage, further cleaning or smoking has been verified your Damage Deposit will be refunded fully.  

 

However, if extra cleaning fees are due (see our Terms and Conditions and welcome email) or any damage is found in the unit based on the state that the room is left in by your use it will be deducted from the Damage Deposit "pre-authorization" and the remaining voided. 

Cleaning Fees:

There is a $55.00 Cleaning fee for ALL reservations.  There is an additional $25+ cleaning fee added if you do not leave the room as you found it per our policies.  If trash of any kind is left in the room or dishes are not done there is a $25 fee added.  If more damage or cleaning is needed additional fees will be charged to card on file.

Early and Late Check In and Late Check Out (see FAQ page for details):

Check In: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST 

(Early check in is any time prior to 4:00 PM PST & Late Check in is any time past 10:00 PM)               

Check Out: 11:00 AM PST

(Late check out is any time past 11:00 AM PST)

Cancellation Policy:

We collect the entire booking fee when making your reservation.  If you cancel 11+ days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 5% processing fee of Total Reservation Price.  If you cancel within 10 days of arrival, you will forfeit 50% of the nightly rate (Ex. 2 nights at $199.00 plus Damage Deposit of $500 and Cleaning Fee of $55.00 plus taxes - You will forfeit $199.00 and the remaining will be refunded). 

Crystal Chalets is not responsible for the weather, power outages or the condition of the snow during your stay.  We will do everything we can to insure your safety and comfort during your stay, but do not provide refunds.
